In order to take full advantage of all of the resources, Monroe Ammon Trotter must become your Wellness Coach. As your Wellness Coach, Monroe pledges to:
- Support you in whatever decision that is chosen.
- Pray for you on a continuous basis.
- Encourage you every step of the way.
- Motivate you to never give up, never.
- Cry with you when you cry and laugh with you when you laugh.
- Fight for you and believe in you.
- Never mention Fees, Charges or Payments.
- Be there when you need someone to be there.
As your Wellness Coach, Monroe will interact with each person just as if they were entering the Great Physician’s Wellness Center located in Ooltewah, Tennessee.
Each person must first complete the Wellness Center Questionnaire. Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I will evaluate, pray and compile your "Road-Map to Wellness," and return to you by email.
